The Red Parrot Restaurant, 348 Thames Street.

The competitions heats up as judges determine the Best Hot Drink in Newport!  Local bars and restaurants are invited to compete for the Festival Plaque. Guests 21+ will get to sample the delightful concoctions as well as enjoy drink specials. This year Crown Royal Vanilla and Red Velvet Bailey's will be the featured alcohol.
